A Message from Our Founder
Built on a love for
tradition & craft
Behuli was born from a simple belief — that the women of our community deserve access to authentic, beautifully crafted South Asian fashion without having to travel back home to find it.
Growing up surrounded by the rich textile traditions of Nepal, I saw firsthand the extraordinary skill of our artisans — the patience, the precision, the pride they take in every stitch. When I opened our first store in Nepal, my mission was clear: to give these artisans a platform and to bring their work to the world.
Four years ago, we brought Behuli to Sydney, Australia — and the response from our community here has been more beautiful than I could have imagined. Seeing women from our diaspora wear a Behuli kurti at Diwali, or a Behuli lehenga at a wedding — that is everything.
Every piece in our collection is made with the same love and care as the very first garment we ever created. That will never change.
