Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 1 business day after payment confirmation.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

  • During peak periods, including festive seasons, sales events, and public holidays, processing times may be slightly longer.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email or SMS with tracking information.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location and selected shipping method.

Australia

  • Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery within 3–7 business days

  • Express Shipping: Estimated delivery within 1–3 business days

New Zealand

  • Estimated delivery within 7–14 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, weather events, or other factors beyond our control.

Free Shipping

We offer free standard shipping within Australia on orders over AUD $100.

The free shipping threshold applies to the order value after discounts and excludes gift cards.

Behuli Australia reserves the right to modify or withdraw promotional shipping offers at any time.

Order Tracking

All orders include tracking.

You will receive a tracking number via email or SMS once your order has been dispatched. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to become active.

Delivery Delays

While we work closely with our shipping partners to ensure timely delivery, delays can occasionally occur during peak seasons, promotional events, public holidays, or unforeseen circumstances.

Behuli Australia is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs clearance processes, incorrect shipping details, customs inspections, or events outside our reasonable control.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

If you need to update your shipping address, please contact us immediately at hello@behuliaustralia.com.au. We cannot guarantee address changes once an order has been processed or shipped.

Additional shipping charges may apply for parcels returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Lost or Damaged Parcels

If your order arrives damaged or appears to be lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date.

Please include:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of any damaged items and packaging (if applicable)

  • Any relevant information regarding the delivery issue

We will work with the shipping carrier to investigate and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

International Duties and Taxes

Orders shipped to New Zealand may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by local authorities.

These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping cost.
